By day, I work in a large corporate environment shaping community strategy across sectors. I’ve also spent years building communities for startups and scale-ups – and this space sits between those two worlds.

Here, I think out loud about how communities actually work. After building more than 20 communities across startups, scale-ups and enterprise environments, it’s easy to rely on familiar patterns; writing helps me step back, challenge assumptions, and explore what still holds up in practice.
